High Numbers Of Men And Women Are Overweight, Obese And Have Abdominal Fat, Worldwide ScienceDaily (2007-10-24) -- A new global study revealed that 40 percent of men and 30 percent of women are overweight, while 24 percent of men and 27 percent of women are obese, researchers reported. You want to push other athletes around on the court or field (within the rules, of course!), master the push-up. You want to be mobile, athletic, lean, and sexy? Master the advanced pushup variations. Earlier this week I showed you how to start working towards your first chin-up. Today, we switch gears from pulling to pushing.
